The icecream is good here but the customer service is disgusting. No hello or greeting from my server. When I proceeded to ask any questions she pointed at the board for answers. In the middle of my order she kissed her teeth and started to serve another patron. The icecream ended up on the outside and on the bottom of the container and she didnt even bother to wipe it off. Whenever I said thank you, your welcome never followed from her. I wanted to match her attitude so bad but I rarely match energy when being served something I have to consume. If your looking to be treated with respect as the buying and paying customer you are she is not the one for it. I am not saying i will never go back but I refuse to be served from her. Just horrible!!! She made the transaction so hostile and it is unacceptable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had an extremely disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was terrible. We were largely ignored by the staff and felt like our presence was an inconvenience rather than welcomed business. What was even more concerning was the cleanliness. The cup we were given appeared visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. After looking around, it became clear that the issue wasn’t limited to the cup. The facility itself appeared unclean and poorly maintained, with a level of cleanliness that was far below what customers should reasonably expect from a food establishment. Good customer service and cleanliness are the bare minimum for any business, especially one serving food. Unfortunately, this location failed on both counts. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting and will not be returning.

I am not from the Caribbean, nor do I usually like beer. However, I bought their stout ice cream at my local ideal food basket. Fantastic. I may have to come visit in person one day. I should try some of the other flavours.

I love the Ice Cream Factory. It reminds me of the ice cream I would have had in Jamaica as a child growing up. The flavors are delicious. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors that are always fresh and tasty. They make shakes from the ice cream on the spot with whatever flavor you want. My husband's always gets a milkshake when we go there. I love the rum and raisin flavor in milkshake it's so yummy. They have different sizes of ice cream in different flavors in the fridge, ready to go. They have quart, gallon, etc.. They also sell other Jamaican goodies like grater cake, peanut drops, and much more. They also sell patties that are delicious. They also sell different type of cakes that are cut and packaged in to go containers. They also have a juice bar inside the store. They serve fresh juice that are made on the spot from fresh fruits and veggies. If you are in the area, go check them out. You won't regret it.

I love this business. The “Ice Cream Factory” is great for green juice, protein shakes, ice cream and more. It’s like a home away from home, very friendly staff, very lively and warm. The options for ice cream are so rich and tasty. If you are person from the Caribbean / West Indies, the flavorful tasty combination of ice cream will win your hearts. Grape Nut, Pistachios, Rum Raisin, Egg Nog, ohhh my gosh… you will want to come back every week. For the Smoothies and Protein Shake, it’s so amazing. Natural energy, refreshing and great ingredients, I might have to come back every week. The prices are not bad, for the value you get, you appreciate the quality more and more. This is definitely a special place, and a hidden gem. It’s must experience location.
